Things to do in Wilmington MA

Whether looking for things do in Wilmington for kids, parents, grandparents, etc. we’ve got a list that has something fun for every member of your family.

*Visit Yentile Farm Recreational Facility for the morning or afternoon – a large playground for all ages,  and plenty of room to walk, play basketball or run around.

*Wilmington's Farmer's Market is a perfect spot for families to shop from local farms and vendors and visit the Children's Table for a craft.  There is always entertainment and great festivals happening during the summer and fall so check their calendar for upcoming events. 

*Get out some energy at Gym Street USA with a gymnastics class, martial arts, or an adult fitness class.

*For a rainy and cold day venture a few miles out of Wilmington to Vinkari Safari in Woburn for some indoor fun for the little ones. You can also head over to Cowabungas right up the street in North Reading for some of the best inflatable fun!

*Visit the Wilmington Town Museum, an interesting trip to take with school-age kids to explore local history. Open houses run 2 sundays a month and there open on Thursdays and Fridays through August 9th.

*Visit the beautiful grounds  of Rotary Park, and walk on one of the trails enjoying everything nature has to offer. Pack a lunch and have a picnic. 

*On a hot day bring the family to Silver Lake, a beautiful little quiet spot to sit, read, relax, fish, take amazing photos of the lake, sunsets, ect.. there’s a small area for swimming. 

*If you just don't want to cook  grab lunch or dinner at Tremezzo.

*If you have grocery shopping to do stop by Luccis Market, a family owned and run grocery store for over 60 year
